Tanner Beymer has spent more than 15 years learning how different rooms buy, give, listen, and respond. That experience spans benefit events, livestock and ranch sales, personal property, commercial assets, and contract work for other auction operations.

Tanner grew up in the West, works in the cattle industry, and has called auctions in environments ranging from sale barns to formal galas. He spent a decade on the East Coast and continues to work in the Mid-Atlantic, with additional work in markets nationwide.

The setting may change the language, pace, clothing, crew, and preparation. It does not change the responsibility to understand the room and lead the sale professionally.

Kelsey Beymer brings a decade of corporate and nonprofit event-planning experience and a master’s degree in communication from Johns Hopkins University. On select engagements, she provides an added perspective on event flow, communications, and the guest experience—helping the auction fit naturally within the broader plan for the evening.

Hannah Busby is a certified Benefit Auction Specialist (BAS) and third-generation auctioneer from Bozeman, Montana. Hannah has spent the past decade onstage as an event host, interviewer, and fundraising auctioneer. With a passion for connecting people and sharing impactful stories, she has been invited to be a live broadcast host at multiple international auctioneer bid-calling competitions. She has dedicated seven years to teaching at the Western College of Auctioneering, and currently serves as Vice President of the Montana Auctioneers Association. Hannah has a previous background in nonprofit development and is passionate about volunteering as often as possible.
